On default, the commentary doesn’t work but there is a way around it. You just have to download the commentary pack for your preferred language(s).

hi maybe you should try freeing up some space on your device
U say I will extract them together in one file. So if I extract them how can I sefarate them to know which I will move to obb
Download the OBB file, then extract it to the folder Android>OBB.
Also, download the DATA file and extract it to the folder Android>Data
Finally, download the apk file and install it.
Use mokoweb as the password to extract the files. That’s all.

Having two complaints about this game one, the language (not commentary) is not English I hardly know where career mode etc are and I don’t think there’s anyway to change it because I’ve tried settings mode but to no avail. Two, it doesn’t support full screen it doesn’t hide phone navigate buttons and whenever I activate gmd immersive for full screen the game will stop working. However, fifa16 on my phone doesn’t do that it supports full screen

Yes, you need to download all the files from here (apk, obb, and data).
Meanwhile, the commentary doesn’t call some of the young players name correctly.
This is because, it’s a modded 2014 FIFA game.
As long as it’s a modded FIFA game, you won’t get the one that calls young players name accurately.
Apart from that, it’s a great game to play for free without the internet.

navigate into a folder name name android
