If by any way you were able to extract the game data file and move it to the data folder with your phone, it should play fine without issue.
Why I said you need a PC to move the data file to the data folder is because on newer versions of Android, there is a restriction which doesn’t allow you to move files or paste files into the data folder.

As I said earlier, on newer Android versions, you need a PC to copy and paste the data file particularly to the Android>data folder.
Also, when installing the APK, ignore the error message and proceed to tap on “install anyway”. By doing this, the game will install and play.
